The CARD:
Round 1
Oxtail ravioli with pickled eggs, truffle mustard and tarragon
Round 2
Crispy Lake pickerel with Szechuan pepper, "Manhattan chowder", and orange fennel "gratin"
Round 3
Long Island duck breast - liquorice lacquered with morels, pistachios and Cohiba sabayon
Round 4
Cannoli filled with ricotta and brandied cherries
Each course will be paired with a beer and a wine and you will decide the winner of each round.
